1. Who we are, and agreeing to these terms
Loquy is an AI-powered course-creation platform, operated by PageOneTraffic Ltd (34 Lower Richmond Road, London SW15 1JP, United Kingdom), the makers of Designrr. It turns a book, document, or idea into a fully narrated video course.
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Loquy, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These Terms are specific to Loquy and take precedence over any general Designrr terms for anything Loquy-related.
2. Your full commercial license
Every course you create with Loquy is yours, with a full commercial license. You may sell it, license it, give it away, and keep 100% of every sale. No royalties, no attribution required, no revenue share.
What the license covers
Everything Loquy generates or assembles for your course, including:
- The finished course videos and every individual lesson
- The slides, designs, themes and layouts
- The narration - including narration generated with the AI voices included in your plan
- Workbooks, transcripts, study materials, quizzes and certificates
- Exports in any format Loquy provides (MP4, MP3, PDF, PowerPoint, and others)
Where you can use it
Anywhere. You may host, publish, distribute, promote and sell your courses on any platform or channel - your own website, course marketplaces (for example Udemy, Teachable, Thinkific, Skool, Kajabi), membership sites, social media, webinars, or through partners - and you may allow those platforms to host, promote and market your courses on your behalf.
How long it lasts
The license is perpetual and worldwide. Courses you have created and downloaded remain fully licensed to you even if you later cancel, change plans, or Loquy changes.
What it doesn't cover
- Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing Loquy itself, its voice models, themes or templates as a standalone product - you sell your courses, not the tool.
- Using the included AI voices to impersonate a real person, or to suggest a real person endorsed or spoke your content.
- Content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or violates the Acceptable Use section below.
3. Your content
You own what you upload. Your books, documents, scripts, images, videos and recordings stay yours. You give Loquy only the limited permission it needs to process that material into your course and deliver the service to you.
You own what you create. The courses and materials Loquy produces from your input are yours under the commercial license above.
You are responsible for your input. You confirm you have the rights to any material you upload - your own work, licensed content, PLR content you're permitted to use, or material you otherwise have permission to adapt.
4. Voices, presenters and AI-generated output
Included voices
Every plan includes a library of professional, natural-sounding narrator voices. Narration you generate with these voices is covered by your commercial license and may be used and sold in your courses as described above. Loquy provides these voices through licensed AI voice technology and grants you this right to the fullest extent of the rights Loquy holds.
Voice cloning
Where your plan includes voice cloning, you may clone your own voice, or a voice you have clear written permission to use. Cloning anyone else's voice is not permitted.
Presenters
Where your plan includes on-screen presenters or avatars, they may be used in your courses under the same commercial license.
AI output
Loquy's lesson text, narration, images and quizzes are generated by AI. Review your course before publishing - you are responsible for its accuracy and suitability, and for any claims it makes.
5. Plans and credits
- Credits are included with your plan and are spent only on what you generate; outlining is free, and failed jobs refund their credits automatically.
- When you upgrade plans, your unspent credits stack on top of the new plan's bank.
- Plan limits (such as lessons per course, projects, voices and hosting) are described on the plan comparison page.
6. Refunds
Every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day of your initial purchase. If Loquy isn't right for you, contact us within those 30 days and we'll refund you in full - no hoops. Courses you created during that time remain yours.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use Loquy to create or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or resell the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. The service
We work hard to keep Loquy reliable and we improve it constantly - often directly from member feedback. Features may be added, changed or retired over time. The service is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law, Loquy's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your plan. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that can't be limited by law.
We may update these Terms. Meaningful changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continuing to use Loquy after that means you accept them.
